According to the report, she attended a service at the Presbyterian Church, Ikot Ansa Parish on June 28 but never returned home.
She was found lifeless in the church toilet around 9 p.m. the next day, June 29. Her daughter, Peace Minka Ayebe, reported the case to the Federal Housing Police Station on July 1 after being informed by her brother, Saviour Ayebe.
She was taken to UCTH where she was confirmed dead, and her body was deposited at the hospital mortuary for autopsy.
Police who examined the scene and the body found no visible marks of violence, and an investigation into the cause and circumstances of her death is now underway.
