US GOVT DUMPS ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS IN RWANDA

Rwanda has agreed to accept up to 250 deportees from the United States, each vetted before resettlement. Approved individuals will get training, healthcare, and housing and may leave Rwanda voluntarily. The US will provide a financial grant, though the amount remains undisclosed. A preliminary list of 10 people has already been sent for vetting. The deal is part of a broader US effort to deport individuals deemed to have entered the country illegally, including those described as “the worst of the worst.” The US has already sent deportees to South Sudan and Eswatini.
