The Director General of the Cross River State Primary Healthcare Development Agency (CRSPHCDA), Dr. Vivien Mesembe Otu, has expressed profound appreciation to the Chairman of Ogoja Local Government Council, Chief Hon. Christopher Agbeh, for his generous donation of two giant refrigerators to the Ogoja Cold Chain Store.

Dr. Otu in a formal letter to the Chairman described the intervention as timely, strategic, and lifesaving, noting that the equipment is critical for ice-pack production and the maintenance of vaccine potency within the immunization supply chain.
She stated that the Chairman’s swift response has resolved key logistical challenges in cold chain management, thereby safeguarding the health of thousands of children who rely on effective vaccines.
According to her, the gesture reflects visionary and results-oriented leadership, and the Agency remains committed to sustaining a strong partnership with the Ogoja Local Government to ensure seamless and efficient healthcare delivery.
