The Cross River State Commissioner for Works, Hon. Ankpo Pius Edet, alongside members of the State House of Assembly, inspected the ongoing Akreha–Okpoku Bridge construction, which has reached the beam placement stage, as work also continues on the Yache–Alifokpa Road.
The inspection team expressed satisfaction with the quality and pace of work and urged the contractor to sustain high standards until completion.
The people of Yache Nation and the entire Yala Local Government Area thanks His Excellency, Governor Bassey Otu, for prioritizing the project and reaffirmed their support for his administration. Special appreciation also extended to Senator Professor Stephen Odey, Esq., facilitator of the project, for his continued commitment to ensuring the project completion.
