In a statement after the sackings, Doumbouya declared:
“Against corruption, my hand will not tremble.”

The officials removed from their posts are:
- Mory Condé, Minister of Employment
- Mourana Soumah, Minister in charge of Communication
- Mahamadou Abdoulaye Diallo, Advisor to the Presidency
President Doumbouya has not publicly detailed the reasons behind the decision. However, Guinean media and observers widely link the move to the ongoing fight against corruption within the transitional government.
The dismissals mark one of the clearest signals yet that Doumbouya’s administration is prepared to take decisive action against alleged wrongdoing at the highest levels of power.
