Professor Stephen Odey, Commissioner for Education Cross River State, pays last respect to Late Mr. Ugan Rowland Idagbo, younger brother to Rt. Hon Legor Idagbo, who was buried today at their country home at Ijibor Bekwarra LGA.
Professor Odey offered heartfelt condolences to the family, encouraging them to find strength in the knowledge that Rowland’s legacy will live on, inspiring hope and faith in the face of adversity.
