Senator Professor Stephen Odey, Esq., Commissioner for Education, Cross River State has congratulated His Excellency, Sen. Dr. Prince Bassey Edet Otu, on his conferment as the 2025 Silverbird Man of the Year.
Professor Odey, who personally attended the prestigious event held on Sunday, at Eko Hotels & Suites in Lagos alongside members of the Cross River State delegation, described the award as well-deserved and a clear recognition of the Governor’s transformational leadership and landmark achievements across the state. He noted that the honour reflects the giant strides recorded under Governor Otu’s administration and stands as a testament to the success of his People First agenda.
Professor Odey further wished the Governor greater accomplishments and more wins in his continued efforts to advance sustainable development and improve the well-being of the people of Cross River State.
