Honourable Victor (Mature) Abang is certainly matured and is setting a very high standard for himself and his colleagues in the National Assembly.
In the last two months, he has held four town hall meetings to give account of his stewardship to his constituents in Ikom/Boki Federal Constituency. The meetings were held in Boki1, Boki 2, Ikom and Calabar. He has plans to hold one in Abuja for his constituents resident in the federal capital.
In each of these meetings, he took a lot of time to explain his work at the House of Representatives and constituency projects, including the completed, ongoing and the ones freshly appropriated. The sessions are interactive, giving the people ample opportunity to ask questions and offer suggestions.
In Calabar more than 2000 people from Ikom and Boki attended the session with most people praising the MP for his dedication and interventions in education, health, roads, electricity and communication infrastructure.
The consensus at the end of the event was that the reward for good work was more work. Congratulations, Hon.Victor Abang.
