Senator Associate Professor Stephen Odey, Commissioner for Education Cross River State, is presently attending the Sterling One Foundation’s 2025 Bold Actions Session, which has appointed Quality Education Development Associates (QEDA) technical partner for the Africa Social Impact Summit (ASIS) 2025, currently being held at the Eko Convention Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The ‘Bold Actions Session for Basic Education,’ is a high-level gathering of eminent citizens, Senior Education Stakeholders from across Nigeria, including Ministers of Education, UBEC, Commissioners for Education, SUBEB Executive Chairmen, International Development Partners and NGO leaders.
The focus of this session is on Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), with EdTech integration, and it will further build on best practices from the 2024 Bold Actions Session, to form practical, sustainable, and scalable commitments for improving FLN across Nigeria.
